Experience the serene beauty of Reinefjorden, where dramatic peaks rise from crystal-clear waters and the fjord’s sheltered coves invite a calm, scenic paddle. Our basecamp at Reienfjorden Sjøhus provides the perfect starting point for your kayaking adventure.
This tour is suitable for beginners and intermediate kayakers. We will explore the coastline, paddle along rocky islets in a double sea kayak (single kayaks may be available upon request, subject to approval and skill level).
Along the way, you’ll glimpse the village colors of Reine—bright reds painted on weathered fishermen’s cabins that line the shore, a vivid reminder of Lofoten’s working heritage and enduring charm.
Our experienced guides will teach you basic kayaking skills and share insights about the local wildlife and landscape for a fun and informative experience.

1200 Nok pp + online booking fee.
Period
From the middle of May to the end of September, every day: 10.00 – 13:00 and 15:00 – 18:00.
Group size
We keep our group sizes small—no more than 8 kayakers—to ensure a more personal and enjoyable experience.
Duration
3 hours in total (around 2.5 hours of kayaking).
Age
From 14 year old accompanied by a parent. Please contact us for private requests or younger families.

Location
Our Basecamp and meeting point are located at the pier in Reinefjorden Sjøhus. You can park in the parking lot just before the resort.
Weather conditions
We operate our tours and courses in a range of weather conditions, including rain and less-than-ideal weather. However, if wind or severe weather poses a safety risk, we will cancel the activity and provide a full refund.
